There is an $100.00 cleaning fee for all stays: This rental has a $250.00 security deposit (refundable within 10 days of departure). Rates increase for holidays with minimum stay requirements. Please include the breed & weight of pet(s) with your initial inquiry – the fee is then determined. During peak season stays being back to back on the calendar is required. Minimum age for Renter is 30.
